CAMP WHITNEY RATES

1 Use of grounds for picnic's,  Covered Picnic Shelter,  Play ground, Ball field,  Volleyball court, Basketball court, Gazebo, etc.  
Flat Rates:

1 - 20 people - $38.00
21 - 30 people - $51.00
31 - 40 people - $76.00
41 - 50 people - $95.00
(Minimum Fee: $38.00) (Maximum Fee: $95.00)
Children 3 years or under admitted free.

2 Use of Pool. *

Daily Rate (All day) - $76.00
1 hour rate - $23.00
2 hour rate - $45.00
3 hour rate - $67.00
4 hours & over - Maximum fee of $76.00
* ACLS Certified Lifeguard must be provided by party using pool - and a release form signed (obtainable from Caretaker.) (*Lifeguard must have proof of certification) If you do not have a life guard - contact us, we may be able to help.

3. Use of kitchen and dining hall.  (Seating for approximately 90 +/- people)  Full commercial kitchen.

Daily Rate - $83.00
Weekly Rate - $380.00

4. Use of hotel.  14 bedrooms, sanctuary, kitchen

Daily Rate - $26.00 per room

5. Use of dormitories

Daily Rate -

$6.50 per camper (up to 50 people)

$5.00 per camper (more than 50 people)

6. Use of Tabernacle

Daily Rate - $44.00 (up to 40 people) $110.00 (more than 40 people)

NOTE: This Tabernacle fee does not apply to weekly campers, but only for those groups who want to use the Tabernacle for special events.


DEPOSITS:

A deposit of $25.00 per reservation .  All clean-up deposits will be returned if buildings and/or grounds are found to be in the same condition as they are now, when the group leaves the camp grounds.
All deposits must be made within thirty (30) days after the confirmation of reserved date or dates, if not date or dates will be considered open and will be let on first come first serve basis.All deposits will be returned if a thirty (30) day notice of cancellation is given to Caretaker in writing.

CARETAKER:  He or she is responsible for the proper use of the camp grounds.  They have the right to ask anyone to leave or refuse future use of Camp Whitney, if all rules outlined in the lease agreement are not followed.  All reservations and requests will be made through the Caretaker; this includes Advent Christian Groups, camps and retreats.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE GROUP AT THE SAME TIME AND DATE OR DATES ON THE GROUNDS.
