Who may use campgrounds:
Any group that recognizes GOD as deity and conducts their behavior in a Christian like manner, with Advent Christian groups receiving preference except when a group leases the camp for three (3) days or more - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday constitutes two (2) days.


Reservations:

All reservations will be made through the Caretaker, with the fifteenth (15) of March each year the final date for preference by Advent Christian groups.  After that date reservations will be set on first come first serve basis.

 

Supervision & Conduct:

All groups will be adequately supervised by responsible adults.  Overnight camps and/or retreats involving young people will have one (1) female counselor for each ten (10) girls or fraction thereof, and one male counselor for each ten (10) boys or fratction thereof.  Counselors must be legal age adults.

 

If at anytime, anyone is found to have in his or her possession controlled substances without a prescription for the same or alcoholic beverages, the Caretaker has the absolute suthority to have said person or persons removed from the campgrounds - this includes Advent Christian groups, camps & retreats.

 

Pool:

An ACLS Certified Lifeguard must be provided by party using pool - and a release form signed (obtainable from Caretaker.) (*Lifeguard must have proof of certification)
If you do not have a life guard - contact us, we may be able to help.

 

Check Out:  

Check out time for overnight camps shall be 12:00 Noon

Deposits:
All deposits must be made within thirty (30) days after the confirmation of reserved date or dates, if not date or dates will be considered open and will be let on first come first serve basis.  All deposits will be returned if a thirty (30) day notice of cancellation is given to Caretaker in writing.
Littering is Strictly Prohibited Violation of these guidelines will lead to the loss of your deposit.
